About Westbank Community Health and Care

Westbank Community Heath and Care was Founded in 1985. Since then, we have supported thousands of people of all ages across Devon with many aspects of their health and wellbeing, both physical and mental.

We offer a diverse range of services to combat loneliness and social isolation and support people in developing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle, providing the safety net between the NHS and the social services provision.

Our vision is to ensure people across Devon, regardless of their age, can access the Health Care and support they need, without any barriers. Our staff are supported by an army of hundreds of volunteers spread right across the county.
